Easy check in and check out. Convenient location. Mostly closely to how as picture shown. Generally is clean and pleasant.

The two nights we had noisy upstairs and next door neighbour Toilet drain hole is actually very smelly. Floor got lots of water mark after drying from mopping. Could provide a little more tissue intead just one toilet roll in the toilet.

Real cosy for a family of 5. Was on a conference trip for 4 days at Setia Spice Convention, this place just about 10 min drive to it. Friendly, courteous host, easy to communicate with. Plenty of eateries, two self service laundry, two minimarts, clinics and etc downstairs. Easy access free parking. Real value for money.

"Great value and views near to the airport."

Spacious with room to sleep 4. The view from the 10th floor. The advanced communication by the owner was excellent. Great last night of our stay as it’s 1Km from the airport which cost approx 10RM in a Grab. Great value for money. Located on top of a range of eateries from Pizza Hut, McDonald’s to local cuisine restaurants. We also used the laundrette to wash / dry our clothes for 15RM. Be aware we were not holidaying from this location, only using it as a last night stop near the airport so I cannot advise about the location based on a holiday experience. That is, except for the War museum that was only 15 mins in a Grab and was very good.

The bathroom needs a deep clean as it’s grubby with bad looking limescale in the shower.

Close to the airport, easy check in and convenient time checking out . Too big with two bedrooms

"Just Stay to get flight"

Very close to the Airport and other amenities. A lot of restaurants and shops.

The parking is separated. So you have to loaded at the side busiest road. Not really convenient when you bring small kids around. Not OKU/kids friendly due to not much proper ramp setup. Very difficult for stroller/whellchair
