Apartment was comfortable and clean, spacious bedroom complete with good air conditioning and strong wifi, TV, and a nice basic kitchen! Indoor parking provided! Location is very strategic; eating places just downstairs and across; you’ll be very happy if you are a nasi kandaq fan! A convenient store and laundrette also downstairs and self service laundry nearby! Check-in and check-out was very smooth with very clear instructions from host/staffs. Thank you!

The host will provide you with a very detail guide on where to park your car, which way to go, basically all the things you need to know for your stay. You'll be invited to a Whatsapp group once the booking is confirmed. Here, you will communicate with the host and they will give you all the info. They also provided us with tips on nearby restaurants and places of interest. Super easy as there is convenient store that opens until 2am and 24hours Nasi Kandar Kayu where you can buy your late night teh tarik, too. On my last day here, a new snacks vending machine was installed just downstairs. If you wanted some at 4am when the convenient store closes, you can just go grab them. But remember to bring your access card. I also love that they labelled everything in the house making it easier for guest to catch on on how things work. They have electric stove, oven with hood, fridge, and all necessities for a temporary stay. I love the smell of the blue handwash, though. It smells clean.

Sadly, there wasn't any washing machine. I understand it due to limited space. There's a laundry service downstairs anyway 😉

The location is strategic, nearby many good foods. The bathroom is very big. Air-conditioning is working properly. The bedroom is big. Check in instructions are easy to understand

We need to go upstairs for the bedroom. The bathroom is on the 1st floor while the bedroom is on the 2nd, so it is not suitable for a family with elderly to choose this place. The pillow is uncomfortable
