It had a great location and the facilities were great

It wasn’t thoroughly spotless. Dust on plugs and vacuum had not been done near sofa as had food crumbs there

The layout of the flat is excellent. We visited with an elderly relative, and it was perfect. There are no steps at all and everything in easy reach.

The apartment was at the rear of the building which made it very quiet (away from the road) and private. Small patio outside was a good space for sitting out. Everything in the apartment was to a very high standard, modern and well furnished.

Not so much that we didn't like anything but we couldn't find a visitors book and would have liked to have left some complimentary comments for the owner. Also the curtain rail in the lounge needed to be more securely fixed as when the curtains were opened on our second morning, the rail collapsed. It was easily put back in place but probably needs just an extra screw to keep in place.

Location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the courtyard.

Unfortunately one of my kids have a nut allergy and we found peanuts on the sofa bed that wasn't cleaned. Informed staff and all they offered was to clean it up. This situation could've ruined our trip of it wasn't picked up by an adult. No compensation for this unfortunate incident. The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough. Thankfully it was a short stay otherwise this would've been an issue

We had an issue with noise from the flat above. After 11pm young kids running around stamping their feet. Washing machine turned on at 11.30pm which was above the twin bedroom.. Then between 5am and 6am the same noise again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Communication with the host was excellent – they provided very detailed guidance both before and on the day of check-in, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The room and facilities were spotless, tidy, and super comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen area – it’s beautifully set up with everything you need to enjoy a meal. The location is fantastic too – just a 5-minute walk to the seaside and only a minute to lovely restaurants, pubs, and local stores. Highly recommended!

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable for all. Amenities were close by. Parking was ample enough. Photos didn't do the property much justice we was all wowed by just how nice it was.

Although it was something we didn't like the property would benefit from alittle more toilet roll.

Location was great, an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and town. The accommodation was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The hosts had also left a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, which was a nice gesture as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were met by a representative, who showed us where the key safe was and around the property. Everything you need in the kitchen (although we didn't cook for ourselves)There were plenty of games / videos / music but our flying visit didn't allow us to make much use of them. We were just there for a couple of nights (3 sisters) celebrating a 60th birthday- Close to Bournemouth airport to collect one sister flying in from Spain. It was just a shame we weren't staying long enough to enjoy the garden too. We walked along the beach, (and Aquarium 5-10 min walk if you wanted to visit)We had a lovely brunch at West Beach, with it's lovely views. An easy walk to NEOs for a fab afternoon tea, all in all a lovely weekend and great chance to catch up

Trying to find something we didn't like is quite hard, but if we were being very picky, would like to have had larger bath towels, (but that probably says more about us)

This is our second time staying here,. And looking to book our third visit.. it’s so welcoming, clean, great location and value for money. It has an extra touch of ‘home’ we love it!
