Everything! Cannot fault anything. Hosts super friendly. Everything you could possibly need within the property from Toiletries to salt and pepper. Exceptionally clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Anyone who gives this place less than a 10 needs to give their head a wobble as there is literally nothing you can find fault with. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely nothing. You can’t perfect perfection.

"Forget the rest stay here is best"

Was a last min. Option wanted something close to work. But nice to chill n relax. Omg this place is a real gem. Shame ours was just a short stop due to work. Next time a few days I thinks.

"Amazing!!"

The Secret Gem was exactly what it says a Secret Gem! Amazing place the flat was spotless the decor and interior was really nice. I have stayed at many places including the Hilton and this beats the Hilton. The Secret Gem is the best place I have ever stayed at! And to top it all off the Hot Tub is great extra, private and secluded we enjoyed our stay and will be back again! If you are in Bournemouth this is the place to stay!! The service from the hosts were also great friendly and made us feel so welcome and helpful.

This beautiful property promised so much and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a major shopping complex, and close to local bus routes. The thoughtfully designed and well decorated accommodation was supremely clean and extremely comfortable. We felt that we were the first guests to stay! We loved the access to the beautiful garden and the fabulous hot tub. We appreciated the great communication with the wonderful hosts, who provided us with so many, very welcome extras, and allowed us to park on their drive. We can’t wait to return.
