Bournemouth 1 Bed Garden Flat Luxury Hot Tub

As soon as you arrive you feel your at your 2nd home. Tracy & Paul are so friendly, helpful ( loved their 2 dogs ) . Everything you need is there ,just bring yourselves and your need for nothing else. Fantastic 2 night stay. Have already recommended to family and friends ,we will be visiting again next year ...11/10 5 🌟 plus .

The place is lovely, very clean, beautiful and comfortable, the perfect private getaway. The hot tub was amazing and everything was very well kept. However, the place was advertised as pet friendly. Only once we made the nonrefundable booking have we learned that they only allow dogs. We have a pet rabbit. We accepted this and arranged an alternative solution. We received multiple messages about their concern regarding our rabbit even though we accepted we could not bring him. We continued to receive multiple messages before and throughout our stay which was a little bit overwhelming. Due to our personal concern of where we left our rabbit, (he actually did get sick due to the circumstances he was kept at) we decided to leave a day early, but still communicated that we were very happy with the accommodation and we could hopefully return in the future. Whlie we were leaving the host mentioned the name of someone with the same surname of ours who just made a future booking (we recommended them the place although found it very unprofessional to share this information with us) This person was overcharged by £100 on an other platform, and then had their booking cancelled. They received an email from the host saying that they can't except their booking as they are related to us. Apparently we made them feel uncomfortable and were called rude as we didn't communicate with them enough. Due to a hidden disability and anxiety my partner struggles with social interactions with strangers, so I did most of the talking but they saw it as point blank refusing to talk to them as we were upset about our pet which was not the case. Now this person was made to provide a picture of themselves which we were not asked to do, clearly to prevent them from rebooking with their partners name etc.

Tracy and Paul were very welcoming hosts and genuinely cared about us having a comfortable stay. The place was well furnished with modern but quirky and comfortable decor, very quiet with personal entrance through a beautiful little solar-lit garden. Very welcoming to dogs and the hot tub was amazing, large, warm and private.

A small piece of heaven. The garden and the jacuzzi are just perfect. Also the couple that have this place they are lovely and very kind❤. Everything looks and it is perfect...to look at the stars from the coach from the garden it s just..WaW🤩 Thank you for an amazing&relaxing weekend! For sure we will come agaaain❤

Accommodation was excellent and included everything that you could possibly think of - hot tub was awesome. Paul and Tracey were excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the peace and quiet, hot tub was great, very relaxing.

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet and with private enclosed garden and hot tub. A perfect layout with lots of unexpected extras provided by the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. The final positive for us was it was dog friendly.

Nothing about the property but only street parking available when we visited but not really a problem
