Quirky Newly Renovated Central Apartment with Parking - Cobalt Levels

It was a good holiday, the house was clean, the place is near asda and the town, near the beach everything was good. We spend a good holiday

The apartment is lovely and was very clean, I thought value for money was great for summer holidays, we'd definitely stay again.

The kids moaned about the uphill 15min walk back to the apartment, there are plenty of buses though. I didn't read the small print and on top of paying for the apartment we had to pay a £250.00 deposit which eat into our spending money.

There were stairs as you walk in to the apartment leading to each of the rooms which aren’t shown in the pictures. Also a very strange strong smell as you walk into the building but the actual apartment (there are 3 apartments inside the building)was fine.

No towels for third guest despite us making clear before hand there would be three of us No complimentary toiletries as stated in property details Very poor access to main bedroom up incredibly steep and curving staircase. Not noted in property details Handrail up narrow staircase loose and poorly fitted Despite dire warnings about the £40 charge that would be levied if we failed to recycle and dispose of rubbish correctly - there was not even a bin bag in the kitchen bin. We took all our rubbish home in a carrier bag No washing up cloths so had to use a tea towel to wipe surfaces down and wash up Towels were eventually provided - on the afternoon of our second day while we were at a wedding. No use while we were getting ready that morning. This was despite me phoning the management people as soon as I arrived. They also didn’t phone me back to update me as specifically requested We left property on 17/7 but security deposit not processed for refund until I had chased them. Finally back to my account 25/7

Good locations. Great night sleep. Very quiet area. Good amenities near by.

Lacking some essential bath matt. No tea towels. Booked for three quest only had two towels.

Ample parking, friendly neighborhood, great WiFi, comfortable beds with very comfy and smooth bed liners, and our walk-in shower had great water pressure.

It's not close to the beach, but during 10 minutes walking to, we have the extraordinary opportunity to appreciate one amazing park with beautiful and giant trees and shadows and take many pics to remember later.

Friendly nighbeurs, Good parking space. Quiet aerea. ASDA close for shopping groceries.

Radio could be better with possibility of connecting phone to play our own music. Little bit beter sound too. Heating system could have bigger radiators especially in the bathroom.

It was very clean

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the property was booked for 4 adult. No linen was provided so had to go and buy some. Also, not accessible for disabled people stairs leading to the bedroom are very dangerous
