Stunning Sea View Apartment Near the Beach, Bournemouth & Poole

Location and parking, clean

Very,very hot at the top floor but it was a very hot weekend, fans were supplied so thumbs up,

Very modern smart appartment lovely shower and cooking facilities easy to walk to the beach good view from the windows, good wifi ample parking space easy to find nice beds

our apartment (7) was top floor and was very warm (although we did visit during heat wave) there are fans throughout however lift is slow (although only second flooor so easy to walk) registration process a bit onerous, proof of identity (e.g. passport/driving licence) and credit card details required

Good location, clean and well equipped.

The only window with the sea view was covered with an opaque film and the second bedroom was dark and stuffy. The skylight needs to be openable.

Location, cleanliness, facilities (kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave).

The heat was unbearable. It’s the top floor of a new block but there are skylights in the ceiling and big windows. It just makes it a greenhouse with no escape. It was 23 degrees outside when we arrived and 31.5 degrees inside. It was awful. There were three normal fans on when we got there (indicating they’re aware of the issue), but they just blow hot air around. We opened some windows and kept them as wide as they’d go overnight but we only ever got it to 27. The second bedroom only has a skylight, no window, so that was hard to cool. We were travelling with a four year old but I think if he was any younger we would have left early as I wouldn’t have felt it was a safe sleep environment. We messaged the hosts on day 2 with no reply, then on day 3. They messaged back to apologise after we’d checked out. We left the apartment by 8:30am and avoided coming back until 7:30pm each day because we couldn’t stand the heat (I’m 4mo pregnant with twins) - which meant eating out when we would have rather saved money and used the kitchen. Anyway, I’m short, we’d strongly advise avoiding this apartment in the summer months unless they update the listing to confirm they’ve installed proper aircon.

Good location, neat and tidy accommodation.

Storage in the property is a bit scarce, the property was too hot even after turning off the thermostat.

Great location

It was perfect for what we wanted. Short distance to the beach. 20-25 minute walk from Bournemouth pier👍 had everything we needed in the apartment. Easy access and had parking 👍
