"Weekend away in modern, comfortable surroundings"

Well designed and well equipped. Thoughtful touches. Good location for beach and High Street. Comfortable beds.

It was a very cold weekend and some areas of the property were not heated which normally wouldn’t be an issue. The master bedroom which has a bath and toilet in it had a faint smell of drains.

"Lovely flat close to the beach."

The location is wonderful right near Viking Bay and close to lots of things. The shower is wonderful as well and the flat was very clean and comfortable. With the location and the design of the flat, it makes a perfect place to stay while in Broadstairs.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The one bedroom is a little weird with a bathtub and toilet within the room but it wasn't a big deal at all. During the summer months it might be a bit louder as the nearby restaurants could get loud, but it wasn't an issue for us.

"Exceptional property"

Exceptional property. Clean and comfortable. It could compete with luxury hotels. Great design, furniture, kitchen equipment. Heating system worked well. Excellent vibe. And I usually always find problems with a property/ hotel - I'm hard to please. Highly recommended!!

"Very good, maybe it was because it was an exceptionally hot weekend i found the stairs tough"

Location was excellent, so clean and comfortable beds

The stairs ...... also the fact that I had to go downstairs to use the bathroom, the master bedroom had an open en-suite

"Spent weekend attending hen party. Very close to town so walking distance. No free parking and busy weekend in Broadstai"

Great location. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated. Clean and tidy.

Freezer needs defrosting. No dishwasher. Lovely looking sofa but not comfortable. Wall clocks all stopped.

"Good location close to sea front."

Location good. Clean tidy apartment. Two bathrooms very handy. Lovely slipper bath in main bedroom.

Sofa very uncomfortable. Quite noisy as its opposite a very busy restaurant. Not being able to check in until 4pm. Nespresso machine but no pods provided. No spare bin bags to tidy up when we left. No parking.
