The flat was wonderful and in a great location.

The stairs were difficult to negotiate with our luggage. If we stayed in Broadstairs for a few nights during the folk week in 2026 would it be possible to hire a flat on the ground floor

Very central location. Good sized rooms. Plenty of towels

Parking- very expensive WiFi- unreliable and not all of us were able to get on and stay on Noise- due to its central location (which is a good thing) there was lots of noise from the neighbouring bars and pubs

"Apartment in good location7"

The location was excellent. Clise to sea front, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was clean. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we required.

As it is in Broadstairs there is no parking. Parking is expensive. Although when we unloaded the car I parked about a mile away where parking was free

Comfortable and clean. Loved the big couches and well equipped kitchen with welcome tea, coffee, water, biscuits, milk and cans of soft drinks

Nothing, but it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of stairs.
