Non rispondono al telefono. Eravamo in tre di cui una neonata. Avevo necessità di avvisare che sarei arrivato oltre l'una di notte avendo avuto un problema durante il viaggio. Il sistema di prenotazione forniva la possibilità di indicare l'orario di arrivo. Ho provato inoltre a scrivere un messaggio alla struttura avvisandoli della situazione e pur avendo già pagato mi è stato detto che non mi avrebbero aspettato per il check in. Il giorno successivo mi sono accorto che mi è comunque stato addebitato l'intero importo.
