Aelia Apartments

The appartement looks exactly as on the pictures. It is nice and clean and with a lot of natural light. The location is perfect, directly in the old part of the town and next to a cute square with restaurants where you can sit outside till late. Because of the placements of the apartments, you hear nothing from this square. It is very quiet inside the apartment. The owner of the apartment, Alexander, is also very nice! He provides everything you need and can give you all the tips for the city that you want. Also very convenient that he lives next door, so if there is anything you need, he will be right there. We had a very pleasant stay!

Host was great and very helpful, he was very supportive with all my additional requests. Location is great, in the middle of old town, few minutes walk to the port. Apartment was comfortable and clean. I can fully recommend this place, perfect for staying in Chania.

I will start with the welcome itself - it was the most pleasant and wonderful experience we have ever had! The host is the kindest and friendliest person we have ever encountered. Very responsive, with a great sense of humor, always smiling, and able to give excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and in general, he is an amazing guide for the entire island. The apartment is very cozy, clean, bright, like brand new, and the location is unique, probably the best in Chania. It is located in the old center but on a very, very quiet inner street, and you can't hear anything from the neighboring streets, which are full of restaurants, bars, and bakeries. We would definitely return again.

This property has it all. Great location, amazing attentive host, very clean and well stocked. The courtyard and balcony adorable. You can easily walk to everything and Alexander will attend to any need! A must stay for Chania!

Everything! The furnishings are high quality and tasteful. The apartment is somewhat hidden and is therefore wonderfully quiet, but still centrally located. Alex was a wonderful host, always trying to help.

A beautiful apartment located in a quiet, secluded courtyard that is just around the corner from a variety of great restaurants, bakery and shops in Splantzia Square. The old Venetian harbor is also just a short walk away! Location was superb and made for a great base camp. The host, Alexander, is very warm, welcoming and attentive. He is incredibly helpful and ensures his guests have everything they need! He also provided a welcome gift of homemade cookies, fresh oranges and Raki. He even came by a few days later with a delicious orange cake. So very kind! I would absolutely stay here again and hope to return to Chania again soon!

Location, cleanliness, equipments of home, hospitality of alexender

The apartment was in a perfect location for me. I used it as a base to explore Chania, as well as other cities and beaches in a 1,5h distance. Very nice non so touristy area, 10min by foot from the City Center. At a square around the corner there are lots of nice restaurants, bakery and shops. It is central, but blocking out the busy city facing towards a courtyard with a beautiful garden. It is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious, light, clean and is equipped with everything you could wish for. And if you find something missing or need advice the host is always available to help, like a professional concierge. (He even lent me a sun umbrella for the beach, so I didn’t have to buy one.)
