Plumi City Apartments

The apartment is in a great location, close to the seaside and easy walking distance to the center and port, or bus station. Tha apartment was very clean, great balconies, AC, was fully equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. There was also a possibility to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out, which helped us a lot.

The apartment is very clean and has all the basic tools for a short stay. Maria is a very welcoming host. One plus for us was that the apartment building had beach amenities you could use: beach umbrellas, goggles, volleyball. These made our days at the beach much more enjoyable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The apartment is small for a family of 4 (we travel with two teenagers). There was only 3 chairs and 3 placemats and when we were at home, it felt cramped. Also, the area around the apartment is not as nice as I was expecting.

All was ok and clean, and staff on arrival was nice.

I asked for a second key so that I don't wake up at 4am in the morning to open the door for my son. This occurred for 7 days, and the owner did not offer a second key for my son. I was disappointed in not hearing back from her, at least.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, a 3 min andando de la playa y una pasteleria muy rica al lado. Las camas eran cómodas y el apartamento tenía lo justo para 2 personas.

Vinieron sin avisar a limpiar la casa. Dijeron que venían cada 3 días pero no es desde tu check in, entonces al día siguiente vinieron y teníamos la casa sin organizar con cosas de valor a la vista. Preguntamos al anfitrión cuando iba a volver a ocurrir esto y simplemente fui ignorada. Tenían almohadas extras pero no tenían fundas para estás con lo cual era un poco antihigiénico.

Perfect location which is really close to the Nea Chora beach, cute restaurants along the seashore and all the facilities you need. There’s area isn’t so busy as the old city and city centre. There’s a very good bakery at the corner of the street. The owner is very friendly and gave us a bowl of figs from her garden what we really appreciate. Overall the apartment is very good, has two balconies, quiet and perfect for a holiday. Feed the cats that live in the street 😺

The AC is a bit old and noisy and is located in the living room and not in the bedroom which wasn’t ideal
