Plumi City Apartments

Appartment is clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location is great, 5 min on foot from Nea Chora beach and 10-15 min from center. We also had free parking.

Location was absolutely awesome! when I booked the apartment I thought it will be like 8-10 minutes from the seaside, in reality though it appeared to be even closer! I could see Nea Chora beach from the street, it took less then 5 minutes to get there

We didn’t have cold water in our apartment, though Maria (our host) did her best to solve the situation. And in very short time issue was resolved :)

-Kontakt z obiektem przed przyjazdem ani podczas check-out jest niemożliwy. Nikt nie odpowiada na wiadomości ani telefony. -brak miotły, przy codziennej plaży było ciężko -pokojowa zmieniała położenie prywatnych rzeczy, nawet w szafkach. Układała wszystko w kuchni wedle swojego uznania, przez co trzeba było szukać co gdzie jest.

Moderne Ausstattung, Abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnraum mit zusätzlichem Schlafplatz, sehr gute Küchenausstattung (man kann richtig kochen damit, inkl. Sandwichtoaster), sogar Waschmittel vorhanden und Klammern für die Leine, Erstausstattung (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel) da, sehr sauber, sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr nah am Stadtstrand (2min zu Fuß), nah an der City (10min Fußweg), sehr gute Parkplatzsituation, recht ruhige Lage, sehr gute Isolierung (Schall, Wärme), alle 3 Tage Service (Reinigung, Leeren der Mülleimer, Auffüllen Duschgel etc)

Die Unterkunft an sich entsprach unseren Erwartungen zu 100%, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und war zum Check In selbst vor Ort. Das einzige, was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wäre vorab zu wissen, dass momentan Bauarbeiten an Häusern in der Nähe stattfinden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man nichts, Frühstück auf dem Balkon war manchmal etwas laut. In 2-3 Monaten ist das aber sicher vorbei, so wie es heute aussieht. Ggf. vor Buchung einfach nachfragen.

The apartment itself was OK, say 7/10. Other than that, nothing much.

There was construction noise starting with around 06;15 in the morning. There are two construction sites, one attached to the accommodation building, the other just across the building. For 3 consecutive days, a late 80s truck idled for 2 to 3 hours in order to operate the hydraulics and move stuff around. Lots of diesel smoke and noise. These worksites will not be finished next season as well. The host communication was really really bad. Since we booked our accomodation on August 1st, 2024 until we arrived on September 1st, 2024 we have tried countless times to reach out by email, phone, sms, whatsapp with no success. We managed to reach the host somehow after arrival. We needed two sets of keys as my wife co-slept with the baby during the day and i needed in and out myself. I could not do such without the second set of keys. After 4 days I managed to get one and got a bit of a "threat" from the host: if they ever found the key inside and the A/C working and nobody inside the room, the cleaning stuff had instruction to remove the keys. Very bizarre, as I explained clearly the reason why I needed the second set of keys. I did not need to run the A/C 24/7 as it was very downsized and its a single unit in the living room anyway, did not cover the sleeping area.
