Couldn't stay, the property was fully booked on arrival but amount was already deducted online and still requesting for refund without no success.

I didn't like anything the fact that one allows multiple bookings yet the place is fully booked made our weekend horrible because of accommodation

Die Übernachtung kam nicht zu Stande, da bei Anreise der Gastgeber unfreundlich mitteilte Booking COM schuld, seine Räume wären bereits vergeben. Das hätte man auch auf einen freundliche Art und Weise machen können, aber das ging so in dieser Art und Weise gar nicht. So stand ich nach einer langen Anfahrt ohne Hotel da
