Cosy detached studio- walking distance to CWOA!

Great location. Good facilities and clean.

The roller blinds on the ceiling were broken so let all the light in at the crack of dawn. No windows to open at night so was exceptionally warm they did supply a portable air con unit but couldn't sleep with the noise when on.

no windows so extremely hot, air con unit was a got send but didn’t want to keep it on all night as imagine it costs a fortune

The little touches made all the difference. Little hamper with eggs and jam. Board games to play. TV with every channel to keep the kids entertained..

The skylight blinds were a little worn and sprang open unexpectedly

It had everything needed and location was superb as we were using merlin passes to visit all the theme parks. AC was a god sent during the heat.

What a find! A perfect little studio which we booked as we wanted to visit Chessington World of Adventures with our two daughters. The studio was adorable and had everything we needed. We ate in the studio for both nights as it was very well equipped and we were very tired after visiting the theme park which was also fantastic

The cleanliness was fine but my partner and I felt that the floor was a little grubby as we wiped up a spill of water with some kitchen roll and felt that the results on the kitchen roll were rather dirty considering we had only just checked in. I’m sure that this was a one off as everything else was immaculate.

Perfect property for our family weekend away visiting the merlin Parks. Lovely little touch being greeted with a basket with essentials. The accommodation was clean and smelt lovely and clean. Will certainly be using this accommodation again.
