Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Strasbourg - Cosy Contades in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 15:00 and 20:00. Early check-in can be arranged upon prior request. Please note that the following extra fees apply for late check-in from Monday to Saturday: - EUR 10 from 20:00 to 21:00 - EUR 20 from 21:00 to 22:30 - EUR 30 from 22:30 to 01:00 Please note that the following extra fees apply for check-in on Sundays and public holidays: - EUR 10 before 20:00 - EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00 - EUR 30 from 21:00 to 22:30 - EUR 45 from 22:30 to 01:00 Please note that check-in is not possible after 01:00 in the morning. The extra-fee will need to be paid at check-in.
