Casa Acquedotto Mediceo

An appartment in a Historical building , near car dropzone that borders the ZTL, so you don't have to drag your luggage very far, spacious and clean

Parking is a major issue. The apartment is in a very old building- a wonderful experience, but there was no warning (all signs in Italian and it's a no entry zone. There was a red light high up the side of the building, but we were looking at the road - there were no warnings - like a normal signpost. We phoned the host as we couldn't find the address. We said we were inside the square and all he said "you can't park there". We then sent him a message to enquire as to where to park, but we received no response.

Parking problem as above. Beautiful old apartment, but the kitchen was not clean. No kettle! There is a gas stove, but again no kettle. We used a pot, but no pot holders provided so we burnt our hands trying to pour the hot water. No microwave is provided. We'd had our main meal at a restaurant at lunchtime and it was pouring with rain so thought we'd have toast as a snack. No toaster! We found a snackwich maker. We cleaned it and needed to move the counter top oven to plug it in. The dirt and dust under the oven was something else.

nice apartment very close to the city center, a liitle bit oldfashion, old historical building , a little bit old furniture you fill like 200 years ago but ok, nice, parking very close

Free parking nearby. Really in the centre of the town.
