Lovely ultracentral apartment with parking

The location was great, 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. The area is quiet, and has underground parking. The apartment is spacious and has many facilities like kitchen, cuttleware, dishes, iron and iron board, balcony, elevator... The shower setup is good, it has a better shower head than most places I've been. Would have been excellent if the cabin was a bit largerl though. The location is self check-in and the host provides a useful video tutorial on how to get there and get the keys.

Not problems, just nitpicks: - the bed is making squeaky noises - there is some occasional noise, probably from the elevator

Everything was perfect. Especially that they accept pets and this for me was more than perfect. The apartment is 15-20 min walking from the city center. Clean rooms, all facilities, and private parking available.

Nice modern apartment in quiet area of Cluj. Nearby is a nice parc, Parcul Feroviarilor to have a walk or enjoy sports. Also in 2 mins you have a Mega Image supermarket which is very convenient. The flat has a nice balcony. It is clean. Good value for money. You have also an underground parking place in the house. It was warm in the room, good wi-fi.

The house is newly build, the soundproof of the walls is not very good. You hear the elevator working. The flat would need a cosmetic refreshment in the bathroom and kitchen. The table in the kitchen is really annoying, it has unstable shaky legs and you spil all your drinks from the cups, tea or coffee. It would be nice to have a better quality of towels, seemed a bit old and used. Coffee filters and paper napkins for kitchen will also help. Actually some basic sortiment of tea and coffee would also nice to have, as there is a coffee machine. The mattress of the bed is very soft and uncomfortable to sleep, also making noise when you turn your side. For several nights it's okay.
