Buona posizione appartamento carino dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari

Abbiamo avuto problemi a fare funzionare il riscaldamento i ventil non funzionavano e da uno usciva acqua da sotto....faceva molto freddo. La proprietaria aveva messo a disposizione due termo elettrici con ruote ma se si utilizzavano entrambi si rischiava di fare saltare la corrente e quindi per cucinare con il piano ad induzione bisognava spegnerne uno. Ad un certo punto il piano cottura pure ha smesso di funzionare e non si accendeva più... Non potevamo più neanche farci un tè.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, molto centrale .

La casa andrebbe areata molto di più, forte odore di muffa . Presente una TV rotta appoggiata su un armadio, con altre cose . Bisognerebbe utilizzare delle lenzuola di cotone e non sintetiche .Le travi in legno andrebbero trattate poiché il rischio di presenza di termiti è elevato. L'ingresso allo stabile è molto sgradevole con parti di intonaco al piano staccate .

L appartamento manca di cura nella biancheria di casa e in alcuni piccoli accorgimenti che la renderebbero più accogliente... Un peccato perché ha un ottimo potenziale.

El baño, estaba limpio y cómodo. Buen contacto con el anfitrión, fue muy amable y atento

El edificio es muy muy antiguo, el barrio es malo y sientes poca seguridad. La televisión de la habitación estaba estropeada y la del salón no se puede ver desde el sofá porque queda detrás.

Appartamento sporchissimo,polvere ovunque, lavastoviglie sporca di cibo e doccia che non scaricava l'acqua perciò non ci siamo potuti nemmeno lavare. Non consiglio per nulla questo appartamento, una volta fatto presente tutto ciò all'host è sparito senza farsi vedere o sentire . Pessimi

As camas são confortáveis e as toalhas de banho são cheirosas

A localização é ruim pois fica dentro de uma ZTL, te impedindo de entrar ou sair entre as 14:00 e 20:00. Também tivemos problema com o ralo do banheiro que entupiu, meu pai precisou desentupir com uma faca para evitar que a água do chuveiro molhasse todo o quarto. O manual de uso da casa poderia estar em um lugar mais visível!
