Such a lovely and caring, maternal host (thank you!), peaceful street, easy walking downtown, a place you could just live for a while, comfortable bed, nice shower, everything you need

Very good location for our purposes. The existence of a garden was a nice extra.

We booked this property for my parents-in-law. I went to pick up the keys with my father in law at the previously established hour. We were greeted by the mother or mother-in-law of the host who was unwelcoming, rude and inflexible. We had to pay in advance, which was fine but a bit uninviting when phrased as if you don't pay me now I will not give you the keys to the apartment (considering that I had left my credit card details for this booking on the app and that my father in law did not have at that moment his wallet). The apartment is smaller than I had anticipated from the pictures. The boiler did not work (but we did not ask for support as our parents-in-law only stayed for 1 evening).

Exactly what I expected and the hosts are nice. Would stay again.
