Be aware: this felt like a classic bait-and-switch accommodation setup. The advertised property appeared to function mainly as a check-in storefront, after which we were pressured in person into accepting relocation to a completely different hotel nearly 30 minutes away, framed as an “upgrade.” The replacement room was extremely strange and not at all what we booked — dark decor, a smelly hot tub in the middle of the room, and fully glass bathrooms visible from the bed. The whole process felt highly rehearsed rather than a genuine overbooking issue. Very uncomfortable experience and not transparent. I would not book again.

The location was great and the staff specifically Ms.Ferida was very kind and guided us a lot.

The room needed dusting. There was not any luggage rack in the room.

Nichts!!! Absolut garnichts!!! 15min vor Ankunft hat man uns angerufen und uns das Zimmer storniert 😡!!! Ich bin mit meiner Familie (Kinder, Ehemann und meiner Mama) aus Köln nach Strassburg gefahren und dort eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen … Die Frau am Telefon war super unhöflich, frech und absolut nicht hilfsbereit!!! Hat uns irgendeine lüge aufgeschwätzt und am ende war es eine Überbuchung! Das Zimmer war schon lange gebucht/ reserviert und bezahlt!!! Wir haben so spontan nichts neues bekommen wegen den Preisen und weil natürlich auch fast alles ausgebucht war!!!!

"All great except for internet"

excellent location

Internet was very patchy and could not access on TV. (As non French speaking we needed U Tube to be able to watch TV). staff tried on 3 occasions to connect the TV to wifii with no success. Said they would get a technician to look at it but that would be after our 3 day stay.

"Great stay, will return again."

The location was super, right in the middle of the city. Instructions for check-in was also clear so even if we have not met the host, we would still be able to check in. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated.

All was great, nothing to not like about the room! The only problem we faced was that our car is big so it does not fit in the parking lot the host recommended, so parking in Strasbourg for big cars might be challenging, but this is no way the fault of the property!
