Me gusto el personal. Verena muy amable i siempre dispuesta e ayudar. Las instalaciones eran limpias i la cama muy cómoda. Es la tercera vez que voy a Kaprun pero aquí nos gustó mucho la calidad precio i la posibilidad de tener la tarjeta de verano Zell am see - Kaprun. El desayuno rico i la posibilidad de comer en la terraza de afuera con una vista espectacular. Seguro volveremos aquí.

El baño pequeño para una persona muy grande. Para nosotros aceptable
