"Nice host - a decent room if you need to stay close to hospitals"

The host was very friendly.

The bad was too small for me with 1.80m and the shower was not warm enough. If you are scared of dogs, let the host know, so that she could keep him far from you.

The owner went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I requested an early Check-in at 10:30 - no issue at all. Of course that depends on the previous booking but the owner said she did not rent the property the night before to accommodate the request. The little house is a bit hidden away from a very busy street, but well insulated. Parking also provided free of charge (very small entrance, easy to miss).. Free amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, essentials (sat/pepper/sugar/milk)

The coffee machine was not cleaned (I am guessing just by mistake), but I did not need it. Water pressure also very low.
