Altes, renoviertes Steinhaus. Ausblick auf´s Meer. Geräumige Küche (mit top Geschirrspüler, Gefriereinheit, Mikrowelle ...) und Wohnzimmer. Teilweise Fußbodenheizung. Terrasse (nordwestseitig, im Winter daher leider so gut wie keine Sonne!?)

Viele Stiegen zur Wohnung, (ungeeignet für Gehbehinderte!). Dusche mit Schimmel und Regendusche hat nicht funktioniert. Sessel in der Küche und Sofa im Wohnzimmer alt und abgewohnt (fleckig). Nur Netflix, kein TV. Heizung mühsam über Klimaanlage.
