We only stayed for a night since our flight touched down late and we wanted to save a bit instead paying for a full day at the resort - having two washrooms was nice as well since my friends and I would proceed to have to split 1 bedroom for the rest of the week. Basketball court and soccer pitch is nice (having a ball in the room we could use would be a nice touch), we found a ball laying around outside and had fun while waiting to go to the resort the following morning. Rooms and beds are comfy and its spacious.

Area around was definitely a little intimidating when we first drove through - there's a lot of security though so wasn't worried at all inside. Biggest problem we had was getting uber eats guys to find our unit. Both separate times we ordered food they'd get the wrong manzana or building or just everything.

The apartment is about a 12 minute drive from the international airport which was nice for a late night arrival in the city. The hostess was very responsive to our needs, polite in her replies and usually responded promptly to my questions. She explained the arrival process clearly as it initially seemed complicated, but was not. Two bathrooms was a nice feature for our group of three adults. Security staff at the entrance made the complex of apartments feel safe. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Complimentary water bottles and a couple snacks were provided which was a nice welcoming touch.

The hot water ran out after one 5 minute shower which wasn’t a huge issue for our group of three adults as we were only there one night. The listing mentioned the apartment would have a kettle and toaster but our unit did not have these items. The hostess may have brought us one if we absolutely needed it, but we were ok without. Our apartment address got modified from the initial booking and although the lay out was the exact same and it was just a short distance from the original unit, it meant the address we’d provided to our shuttle service needed to be updated.
