The ambience of the place is very relaxing, the spaces for the common areas as well as the bedrooms are also ok, especially for a small group of family or friends. The location is also nice, situated in a residential area so it you can be sure that it is quiet, but not too far from commercial establishments which take about 3-5 min walk.

Near to the place where my children stays, plus the value is very affordable, and accessible to most of the shops and malls in consolacion,Cebu.

For safety reason. Where the washing machine is placed is closed to electrical point where water can easily get into it. And the chord is submerged into the water when draining the washing machine. It’s a safety hazard.

Nice unit with cooking facilities. 2 bedrooms with 1 cr. Location was good for us, walking distance to SM mall and public transport.

Friendly, accommodating staff.... Property Is very clean.... Complete house package... From baso, kutsura, tinidor, plato, kutsilyo, rice cooker, stove, prying pan, initanan ug tubig, purified water, tissue, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, towel, soft bed, pillow, blanket.... Bugnaw kaayo ang aircon. Pwede kaayo magluto, duol ang palengke. You will not regret if you will stay here... Promise...

Medyo malayo sa downtown 40 minute drive for private vehicle pero ok ra kaya ra...
