The apartment is on the second floor. It is very spacious and has a large terrace equipped with furniture, a sun umbrella, and sun loungers. The apartment is practically furnished and sufficiently equipped for a holiday stay. We visited Costa Calma at the end of February. The surrounding apartments were almost empty and the building was very quiet. We felt almost at home there. We parked along the street in front of the house. Several small supermarkets are within walking distance. The sandy beach is also very close, and it is even possible to walk to Sotavento.

Appartamento molto bello e molto pulito. Ampio e spazioso, dotato di tutto. Consigliato

La procedura di check in e invio documenti e’ complicata (viaggio molto ma questa era davvero complicata .. ). Abbiamo chiesto un check in alle 12.00 anziche’ alle 10.00 ancora 5 gg in anticipo e prima ci hanno chiesto di riseevarlo a pagamento. Non avendo accettato non ci hanno concesso nemmeno una gentile mezzora.

It’s in an area we really like. Close proximity to our favourite beach. Short walk to a good supermarket and also near a great pizza restaurant

The communal hallways are brightly lit all night and this light shines into the bedrooms.

Direi che mi è piaciuto tutto della struttura in quanto edificio, non mi sono piaciute le modalità usate per registrarsi come ospiti. Complicato, ho poi dovuto chiamare diverse volte per poter comunicare . Se l’host non vuole essere disturbato , la cosa più semplice è scrivere sono raggiungibile dalle alle.

La ducha tan amplia, el salón muy acogedor, la terraza y en general que el piso está puesto con mucho gusto y muy bien equipado, no le falta ningún detalle, incluso hay sombrilla, toallas…te sientes como en casa, es muy tranquilo y aparcas en la misma puerta. Las toallas y ropa de cama de calidad. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Quizás el calderín del agua caliente se puede quedar algo corto, para 2 personas

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need. Exceptionally clean. Great suntrap terrace and easy parking. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and ideal location for amenities. Highly recommend.

Very large and equipped apartment. All the furniture and the rooms are very cleaned. Worthy!

View on the ocean is a bit far :)
