Spacious, big balcony, clean, facilities like dishwasher & wash dryer, convenient contact-free check-in & check-out.

Bathroom a bit crammed. Also would have been more comfortable having the sofa face the TV as the 90 degree angle was uncomfortable.

Had all the comforts of home. Comfy bed and lounge. A great quiet location

Going home

The place is well decorated and homey with a modern design. It's close to Shotover Jet and walking distance to Onsen Pools. It is also self check-in and check-out.

Surprisingly, the kitchen sink wasn't too cleaned properly. There were food particles left and took a picture of it as proof. Also noticed people partying one level below us thought there shouldn't be any loud music after 10pm according to the house rules. It stopped at around 12 mn. Please be aware this place has no air-conditioning unit so it's pretty toasty inside as the heating is centralized in the entire building. Two electric fans were provided to us however, I still woke up in the middle of the night sweating and it's still spring, can't imagine the heat when it's summer. To manage the heat, we had to open the sliding glass and/or windows each time we come home to ventilate the apartment or leave the windows open before going out. That should be something to consider especially with smaller children. I would recommend this place during winter season but wouldn't recommend it during spring or summer unless you won't mind the heat.

Great look and feel, very comfortable and spacious penthouse. Easy self check in and check out. Very scenic location

The WiFi was not working well. It kept disconnecting every 5 minutes
