Well situated for exploring Norfolk. Bus service and supermarket was very close. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the stay and will return later in the year

Location for Norwich was great- caught the bus into the city. Loved the quiet- no traffic noise. Car parking was free and close. The welcome tray of tea bags, coffee sachets and biscuits was a nice touch. We needed a fan - great to have one supplied.

With the description ‘idyllic’ we were expecting something with a more open aspect and not really views of the driveway and other houses in the cul-de-sac. Parts of annex were a little tired and worn.
