Upkeep and comfort. Plenty of car parking is available Appartment is self sufficient in terms of livablity, Gas, cooking utensils, sufficient crockery and washing machine is made available which is a positive part of the accommodation. Host is quite concerned with the stay and monitor it regularly. Over all an excellent choise.

Not any major issue. However some are the suggestive ones: Cleaning staff do the Cleaning once in two days ( Alternate days) which can be on daily basis. Electricity goes off frequently so lift become inoperative some times. It is suggested to have back up system atleast for lift puropose. Apartment was fine, had most things needed, and bonus of a washing machine and drinking water, so we didnt need to use plastic water bottles. Good price for a whole apartment, and kids enjoyed the TV with free movies. Owner and caretaker excellent service and communication.

The bed was super hard, and we couldnt sleep on it as is, had to line with blankets. Also the apartment is very cold in winter, as it doesnt get sunlight in. A fan heater is provided but it doesnt warm the main living space. Some simple fixes with a proper oil heater or reverse cycle AC and a mattress topper would make this place 10 star.

It's a spacious property and very well maintained with free parking and security. The property is very clean and close to major attractions in rishikesh.

It was a nice place to stay with family. Everything was good, clean and comfortable.

Very clean and host was so helpful if you are new to the place. Like his personal touch. To the host - next time please add coffee powder too ! Thanks
