The space, location. Would be a great place to take a break if it was maintained properly.

The wet kitchen was dirty and smelly. One of the bathrooms had a sour smell that was unbearable. One wall with the mirror had lipstick and dirt stains. One of the electrical plugs was pasted over with tapes. The rule about noise after 10:30pm was never enforced. We couldn't sleep well with all the running, screaming of kids, loud talking and even dragging of furnitures.The blanket and pillow cases are not clean. It was such an unpleasant and terrible experience staying there. There were no toilet papers provided when it was clearly written in the advertisement.

Location was okay

Hairdryer need to rent, whole place was worn out, switches broken, toilet got foul smell, wall and ceiling are mouldy, bed sheets are dirty. Simple things such as toilet paper also don't have.
