Location was decent and check-in process was smooth.

I booked this homestay for 2 nights based on the photos shown in the booking app, but unfortunately, the actual condition was very disappointing and not as advertised. The cleanliness was below expectation. There were visible issues such as mold (kulat) on the walls, insects in the kitchen area and rooms, and overall poor maintenance. Some of the furniture was damaged and worn out. In terms of facilities, the Astro was not functioning, and the water heater in the first bathroom was inconsistent (sometimes working, sometimes not), which made the stay inconvenient. For the price I paid (RM3++ for 2 nights), I expected a much better standard. However, the condition of the house did not match the value or the photos provided. Overall, I would rate this homestay as average, but it was not worth the price and did not meet expectations.

Surrounded by convinion store.. Less than 5 minutes..

When check in owner didn't said the house was under renovation.. All inappropriate position of furniture..ladder and paint bottle and staff still on the table.. Water Heather malfunction, heating like boil water for only 10 second, then stop.. Just take shower with cold water instead.. Late reply when I ask to change house.. They only call and inform me the day after check in..
