Beautiful location and space

Location was amazing

It was really hot and difficult to sleep at first

Nice location, close to where we wanted to be.

Our bedrooms and living area looked out over lawn to bush, but the owners go this way to the garage and their car- it meant we had no privacy, This would have been passable if the owner didn't walk past constantly! The bathroom had a sea view but was not private and we needed to keep the curtains closed. I chose this accommodation late so appreciated the cost but for the lack of privacy when you would expect it in a property like this wasn't value to us.

All the amenities were available for our group to do self-catering, yet we were only 15 mins away from Matakana if we needed anything extra. We did bring our own breakfasts, but there were plenty of breakfast options available for us to use. The beds were super comfortable and the three couples in our group had the privacy of own rooms so on-one felt hemmed in. House felt warm and cozy with decorative artworks on the walls. A great facility for a family group, I hope to stay again in the future.

My shower was a little on the low pressure, not something I am used to, but that's not a big deal. The other shower was fine as mentioned by other group members. All the bathrooms are stocked well with little extras.

Stunning property for our girls weekend escape. They loved the space & view to relax after our days activities. They even had robes on their beds! Thanks so much for having our group & making them feel special.
