Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario. Colazione abbondante con prodotti confezionati. I gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Ho dimenticato il beauty case e la proprietaria mi ha subito avvertito chiedendomi l'indirizzo per spedirmelo. Ottima base per visitare i bellissimi borghi umbri.

Франческо и Мария очень доброжелательны. Нам достались огромные апартаменты. Все очень чисто. Расположение очень близко до многих достопримечательностей.

Все дни стояла жара +36. Без кондиционера было тяжело, хотя и были вентиляторы.

Location and kind staff

Sadly the accommodation was far from what is shown in the photos. Photos must have been taken years ago and nothing has been maintained or repaired or even seriously cleaned ever since. We were shocked when we arrived to find the house and the outdoors were rusted, hugely abandoned, complete outdoor area is unsafe for children of all ages, all sadly very deserted, dirty and unwelcoming. As if they didn’t really care about guests. Pool and the wood around it is falling apart, filters are not working. We had to clean the pool alone all the time if we wanted to use it. No shower in function at the pool. Outdoor furniture and chairs are mostly broken. No outdoor area to sit. No shade. No working washing machine. No real breakfast, no fresh bread or fruit ever…😞 We were disappointed so we decided to leave the accommodation after 2,5 days and were forced to find another place to stay. This was the only time we were so very disappointed during our whole long trip through Italy. I am honestly surprised to see good reviews of this place from the last years. I am now wondering if these reviews are truly genuine, and if all these people were really there? Sorry dear Francesco but please honestly reconsider if you really want to continue renting out this place in such a manner, giving people false hopes of the property. I feel obliged to tell the truth because I don’t want anyone, especially if travelling with children, to experience it.
