Компактна кварира, в якій є увесь необхідний мінімум під час перебування. Знаходитьмя у самому центрі, що позволяє усюди пересуватися пішкі. На першому поверсі будівлі є кав'ярня та цікавий магазин із азійською їжею. Також неподалік є супермаркет.

Дуже чутно коли хтось заходить у сусідні квартири, одного разу подумала що стукають у двері, хоча стукали у сусідні.
