Easy to check in and the location was great.

The heating system wasn’t very good I’m glad I wasn’t there at winter time because I would feel very cold.

Everything. Was very comfy and tidy.

The apartment was immaculate and well furnished. I got an upgrade to the two bedroom apartment, but was told if I used the other room I'd have to pay £80 extra, so it's not really an upgrade in my opinion if you cannot have free usage of the apartment.

The wifi did not work, and because of this, none of the apps on the TV worked. I reported it to the owner, Paul, who called me and told me to make sure it was turned on, which it was. He told me to text him on the number he called me on, which I did, more than once with no response. The remote control needs attention too as it is a universal remote that has not been programmed properly to the TV (eg. The exit button actually scrolls down instead of exiting). The bolt on the door didn't work either. The owner was informed. Being a female solo traveller, this was a huge issue for me as I have had holiday rentals broken into before and I felt unsafe. This spoiled my stay and I'm very unhappy. I'd like partial refund for service unmet.

I had a wonderful stay, the bed was so comfy I had a great sleep. The location is right in the middle of town so it was handy to get to brunch spots.
