Propriétaire super gentil, logement très propre, grand, il y fait bon, tout le necessaire et disponible, meilleur rapport qualité prix de la ville.

Les plaques de cuisson sont ultra-modernes... mais pas faciles à maîtriser ! Et mieux vaudrait un micro-ondes plutôt qu'une bouilloire, un grille-pain et une machine à café...

The location is comfortable for anyone with a car - parking is much easier to find than in the centre, and you can walk to the old town in about half an hour. I managed to find a parking spot right on the street each time, but there is also a "backup" parking lot 3 minutes away. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly. The apartment is well sized, with everything you'd expect.

Unfortunately, one of the previous guests must have been irresponsible about the no-smoking rule. The smell was particularly bad in the kitchen/living room area, but since the AC unit for both rooms is located there, I had to choose between keeping the bedroom door open and smelling more of the smoke, or closing it and not getting any air conditioning in the bedroom. While the street is pretty quiet, occasionally some passers by (or locals?) would start talking loudly right outside the bedroom windows at various hours of the night.

Very nice and large apartment in a house, in a quiet part of town, some 20 minutes walk along the river to the city center. It is nicely decorated and comes with wooden floor, very comfortable bed, quiet fridge and fully equipped kitchen. There's air conditioning but we didn't need it, opening the windows was enough. Getting the keys was no problem, there's a lock box. Parking is on the street but there were enough free places every day. It's not far from public transportation and while a train station is near, there is no noise from the trains. Definitely a recommended place for a longer stay in Timisoara.

O strada linistita si bine pazita😅, chiar langa sediul Jandarmeriei. Tot ce ai nevoie cand esti in transit. Gazda foarte amabila a venit cu o buna recomandare pentru cina.
