Location was excellent. Coffee pads available.

Noisy in the morning, due to the stairs passing the window from a restaurant, so the curtains should also stay closed all the time. The door to the floor was not possible to close, so the noise from outside the door, and the light in the morning were uncomfortable. The shower had no hook, so only manual use was possible. TV was defect, but I didn't wanted to use it anyway. The desk was an old style one, very nice and solid, but not fitting the chair - you couldn't put your feeds under the desk. Maybe the desk feeds were shortened?

Apartment in a great location, with good amenities, sparkling clean and tidy.

The location and the overall cleanliness are top-notch. The bed is more than comfortable, which (in my experience) is a rare occurrence. The bathroom is spacious and properly lit.

Contrary to the description, there is neither a terrace nor a city view, as the apartment is located on the ground floor and has only one window that sits at the bottom of the stairs used to get to the apartment above. The place is nowhere near soundproof, as one can hear the aforementioned stairs and everyone that goes by the apartment door, including some squeeking sounds and traffic. The door between the hallway and the room cannot be closed due to the faulty lock. I had only around five minutes of hot water before it went ice-cold, then hot again for a minute and that was the end of it. Also, while I was told the apartment would be ready at 14:00, I was greeted by a nice lady still cleaning it at 14:45.
