Vše bylo moc fajn, Roberto je velice ochotný ubytovatel, počkal na nás i když jsme nestíhali check-in do 19:00. Krásný čistý bazén, posezení venku, klid, krásná příroda, moře cca 15 minut autem. Výlet do Pisy cca hodina.

Pouze nám chybělo prkénko na krájení, jinak kuchyň dobře vybavená. Starší lidé by mohli mít problém s točitým schodištěm. Za nás ok.

"Tosca"

A typical Tuscan house with a beautiful view, landscaped garden, swimming pool, high sky and tranquility. It is 15 minutes by car from the sandy beach "Spiaggia Bianca" or the beautiful beaches in the small town of Castiglioncello. The host Roberto is a kind and helpful gentleman from whom you can get advice on where to buy excellent local products. All recommendations.

well the pool and surrounding area was amazing, REALLY. and the upstairs apt we had was huge even without a/c it was bareable, except one day the temp was around 38C. window screens and fans made it ok. on cooler days it was ok

i hate writing bad reviews, and the host was very nice, extremely helpful before and during our stay. but the bathroom was not up to standard for me. actually kind of horrible. i even fixed the toilet seat/lid myself and asked the host for cleaning chemicals so i could do it myself, which i did, but couldn't get rid of the urine smell. i even bought airfresheners. as well the kitchen isn't stocked with too many things. a little investment could go a long way.

Friendly host the house stands in a secluded area, 15 minutes from the sea. The pool is great.

The apartment urgently needs air conditioning as it is very hot in it. There are no cooking utensils in the kitchen. Missing basic things like garbage bags, toilet paper.. There was no outside area for drying laundry nearby The house is located next to the main road and it is quite noisy already early in the morning
