L’appartement et très spacieux

Les volets roulants ne fermait pas Dans la chambre principale la fenêtre le volet pas de télécommande pour l’ouvrir la porte fenêtre pas de télécommande pour le fermer on dormait avec les lumières de l’extérieur. Dans le Salon pareil pas de télécommande pour baisser les stores le soir. Le couvercle des toilettes à changer car il ne tient pas dans la salle de bain entre les chambres. Évier un peu bouché. J’espère que vous en tiendrai compte pour l’année prochaine car c’est un bel appartement . Merci à Lidia pour ça Gentillesse .Cordialement

We like the location that's near the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

The air conditioning unit in the dinner room wasn't work properly. Need maintenance or replacement.

Excellent large apartment near the Torrevieja boardwalk.

Good central location by the port. Very large interior floorspace with a lovely master bedroom, ensuite and second bathroom.

Firstly the host was far too intrusive upon meeting and handing over keys, asking personal questions and why I was not staying more nights which I have never experienced before. Very pushy and no sense of decency around guests privacy. Then it turns out that the electronic blinds in both the living room (main space) as well as the master bedroom are broken and cannot be raised, resulting in a very dark and dull apartment. The TV is too slow to actually playback anything meaningful, Netflix or Plex apps barely launch and do not work. Nevermind casting. The kitchen is well stocked although dark and lacks sufficient lighting. The other bedrooms aside from the master bedroom are very small, basic, not decorated and just have cheap beds put into them. The walls could use touching up for sure, cables and electronics, extension leads etc are all exposed. For the amount of money they are charging compared to similar locations, this needs a lot of work.
