Funäsdalen var ett bra område med gångavstånd till affärer och restauranger.
Snöröjningen vid huset (dåligt skottad trapp, halkrisk), och dåliga redskap för snöröjning på egen hand. Parkeringen mot garaget var brant hade ibland svårt att komma iväg med bilen pga halka.
