The view of sunrise was very nice. Located near a nice walking/biking area by the ocean. Water pressure was good. Owner allowed us late checkout which was great cause Penang does have its traffic jams.

Would be great to have a microwave to heat up that grab food.

The location very nice, it was opposite the Jelutong seaside. Morning can enjoy jogging nearby and below of the property & nearby have a lot of restaurant for us to selection.

When have a night market it have less paid parking area for us to park extra car.

The location is in an uncrowded area and very accessible, close to Georgetown. Good view of the sea. Nice running, walking, cycling trail along the sea. The unit is a split level with the main room on the higher level is nice.

The property was advertised as 3 bedrooms, so we book expecting 3 separate bedrooms. We were disappointed that but the third room was actually only a bed in the living room.
