I had a wonderful stay at this duplex studio apartment! The space was perfect for my family. The upper room was incredibly spacious, with a king-sized bed, all very clean and cozy. The bathroom was spotless, and the aircond worked perfectly throughout our stay. The living room was cozy too. From the window, you get a beautiful view of almost all of Georgetown and the sea. The view from the swimming pool is even better! It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the seaside for a relaxing stroll along Persiaran Karpal Singh. There are also plenty of cafes and convenience stores like Family Mart just nearby, which made everything super convenient. The unit was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. And Rachel, the host, was absolutely amazing, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a comfy, scenic, and well-located staycation in Penang!

Great appartement where we Stayed with our Family.

Location of the unit was very convenient, shops on the ground floor that were easy accessible to buy things. The unit itself was very good, the rooms were good and the whole unit was clean. The view was really cool, half way looking towards the city and another half facing the sea. Really had a lovely stay and on another note, the host was very polite answering inquiries I had about the unit. Will book again someday when I come back to Penang

The instruction to obtain the keys were good. Owner available via Whatsapp throughout. Unit is clean, spacious and well furnished. Local area has many food outlets and very lively.

Once we got into the car park at the condo, there were many signs for the Lift for Building B, but none for Building A. The Keys were in a the owner's locker for Building B which caused a lot of confusion as the rented condo was in Building A. for the future it would help if the owner states clearly the condo building and floor. The condo is modern and clean. However the sofa and TV shelf was damaged , and on the first floor many of the wires surrounding the stairs are damaged and fixed with black tape. It would have been nice for some bottles of water as the unit was very hot.
