Peaceful & Central Self Contained 1 Bedroom House

A beautiful peaceful place. Park your car and relax, and enjoy Glastonbury on foot (5 minutes walk to the high street; 10 / 15 minutes to the Chalice Well/ White Spring and path leading to the Tor). Andrew is friendly and welcoming.

The host was very welcoming. Loved the decor, books, attention to detail. The kitchen was very handy.

The sleeper couch was not easy to sleep on and quite uncomfortable. The bed was good though so if you don’t need the sleeper couch you wouldn’t notice the issue as it is fine when put into seating mode.

The owner, Andrew, was very attentive, greeting us upon arrival and introducing the property and the area. He allowed my son and girlfriend to stay on the sofa bed. As there were no customers on the day of leaving, he even allowed us to hang around beyond the 11am departure time (which is great in and of itself, many being 10am). Quite spacious for a 1 bed flat and lots of basic utensils etc. and made homely with crystals and ornaments etc.

Only cold water in the bathroom sink. Had to either shower twice a day of bring warm water in via the kitchen bowl, to was with

Perfect for us and our dog, it was very comfortable. The bed was great and easy access for our dog outside. Town is a short walk. Andrew is a great host.
