The location is great.

It was very difficult to get the keys out of the lock box and there was no way to contact anyone about it.

The bed was really comfortable. Heating was very effective. Love the availability of washing machine and laundry detergent. Easy access. Convenient location. Helpful communication.

The hot water needed resetting everyday (turning it off and on again), which was an inconvenience. Wifi was weak with small range. There was salt but barely any, and coffee jar was empty.

"Nice pied a terre in Twickenham centre."

Very tidy and clean ground floor flat. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated with clean modern lines. Ideal spot on Twickenham High Street, close to all the shops. Free overnight parking from 6.30 pm to 8.30 am otherwise have to pay.

Front door from street was unlocked when we arrived. It is shared with a business upstairs. Some clearer instruction on what to do would have been useful. We locked the door when we went out and overnight with no apparent issue.
