"Mooi appartement met balkon en fantastisch uitzicht"

Fijn ruim, basic appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Hele betrokken gastvrouw. Heel hondvriendelijk appartement

In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen voor honden.

"A fost un sejur placut, daca trecem peste inconvenientul platii gazelor pentru incalzire"

Cladirea in care se afla apartamentul de la etajul 2, pe malul Lacului Como-Leco, intr-o zona linistita, cu vedere la lac. Amplasamentul este excelent.

Nu mi-a placut lipsa de transparenta, deoarece nu se mentioneaza clar in oferta ca turistul trebuie sa suporte si pretul gazelor pentru incalzire si apa calda menajera. Practic ti se pune la dispozitie pe timp de iarna o locatie fara apa calda si fara incalzire. Costul gazelor este de aproximativ 12 euro/zi, in luna februarie. In oferta de pe Booking.com se mentiolneaza ca exista si taxe pentru gaze, dar nu se indica explicit ca turistul trebuie sa suporte pretul incalzirii apartamentului. Cred ca cel care pune la dispozitie apartamentul pe timp de iarna ar trebui sa asigure si incalzirea.

"Nice Location BUT consider heating is extra (and expensive!!)"

Nice location near the lake in front of Lecco. Self check-in is a plus

I was actually surprised when the host asked me for a deposit and to pay for heating. The latter I can even understand, but it was 20 years around the world no one asked me for deposits anymore. The bar just below the apartment is quite noisy

Perfect location, great views of the lake, Luca and Sara were lovely hosts. The apartment was just as described. Will hopefully get the chance to visit again

Nothing. Only thing they can add to make the apartment even better than it already is, is a full length mirror near a plug outlet and a screen on the bathroom window.

El departamento es aún más cómodo que lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy confortable, está muy bien equipado y tiene una muy linda vista. La ubicación es muy cómoda para acceder a distintos atractivos de la zona. Claramente lo volvería a elegir y lo recomiendo. Tiene parking, algo que es muy cómodo. Sin dudas el punto más importante es la muy cálida atención de Sara. Muy atenta a todos los detalles y necesidades. La verdad ha sido un placer.

"Nice apartment with a beautiful lake and mountain view"

Everything. The host Sara was nice and kind

Not many cafes near by. There was one restaurant where we went to breakfast and dinner during our stay.
