The studio is clean, the equipment quite good.

The place is extremely tiny, almost without a window (the one it has must be constantly covered, so no daylight). It is really, really noisy. You can hear every word and movement of all the neighbors.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean Bed was comfortable. Free parking was relatively easy to find. Location is close to many places like restaurants, shops, beaches, airport (15 min by car), Maspalomas, Las Palmas...

Despite our intention to cook, we didn't use kitchen for cooking because appliances weren't in good condition (one heating panel on the stove was in such a bad condition that it didn't heat up properly, pans' surfaces scratched and going off, so the material could end up in your food). There is no ventilation in the room, so you had to open the window to circulate air, but when you do that you get noise from the neighbors and cigarettes smoke. So, we preferred to keep it closed most of the times. Water heater quite small, was barely enough for one shower, but reheat was quick though. Note that there is no elevator and the apartment is located on the 4th floor,so you have to drag your bags up. Overall, not a good value for the paid price (over 100 EUR a night).

The apartment was very clean and enough for one person or a couple. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need in walking distance.

Owner was very friendly and nice, she spoke no english, but we understood each other somehow. She left some welcome present, water, candy and prepacked pastery. Equipment was old but clean. Good communication.

Small studio with small double bed (short and not wide also), but ok for sleepover. Very dark though, two small windows facing small inner patio - tunnel, so you can barely have some daylight. Also this patio causes spreading noise from other units. Huge problem is noise. A lot of it. You can hear everything, from loud closing doors, moving furniture all the time, going down on staircase, to people talking and so on so on. We barely slept, noise was till midnight and again started around 6am. Next day was basically ok, but also because I put in ear plugs.
