Es la segunda vez que tomamos este alojamiento, esta muy bien ubicado y su anfitrion esta siempre atento

Aunque no es culpa del alojamiento, los vecinos de al lado se gritan y pelean a cada rato incluso en la madrugada y se escuchan en el alojamiento.

"No había agua caliente ni calefacción"

Nada

No había agua caliente ni calefacción. Fui con mi familia (hijos pequeños), no se podian bañar, la casa al principio bien caliente, luego por la madrugada hacía mucho frío. Llamando (8:50 AM) y escribiendo al propietario, nunca respondio. 11:10 AM responde y cual fue la solución del propietario? No sabía que hacer, ya que nunca habia pasado. Me decía que YO vaya a ver la caldera, ni siquiera se tomó la molestia de acercarse al apartamento a buscar una solución. La estadía era de 2 noches, entramos el viernes, salíamos el domingo; iba a mandar al tecnico el lunes temprano. Wow.

La ubicación es muy buena. Sin desayuno.

La limpieza de la cocina, del menaje, microondas..., bastante deficiente. Mucho polvo en la casa. El cuarto de baño bastante aceptable. Se escucha a los vecinos como si estuviesen en la habitación de al lado.

Excelente ubicación, piso en planta baja muy facil de acceder, muy limpio, bonito y en un lugar muy tranquilo cerca de todo. Sergio fue muy atento y muy profesional.

Que no hubiera parking disponible en el alojamiento, pero hay parking publico a unos cuantos metros.

"Good location for a short stay"

Good location, quiet and good security

The apartment had an unpleasant smell, perhaps previous occupants or owners were smokers? Using the induction cooker to boil water to make tea and/or coffee was complicated (we had never used one before). Hotels and apartments usually supply an electric kettle for this purpose.
