Location was excellent. But so is every other rental Airbnb unit in this building.

We were not given the unit showcased in the listing. We were given a different unit which had rundown furniture and fixtures. The freezer section of the fridge was full with ice. The mirror cabinet in the toilet was rusty. Water stains in the bathroom and sink. Electrical outlets were not fixed in properly. There was dust and hair, the mirrors had dirt stains. The ironing board had holes. Overall, we felt like they gave us a spare room that was not maintained in some years. Even the lock box in the lobby is damaged and difficult to open. The management of the unit called their contracted cleaners to the unit while I was there so that I can instruct them on what to clean. Unprofessional service. The management of this unit withheld the truth from us. Instead of informing us that the original booked unit was under maintenance and that we will receive this spare unit, I walked into a surprise and shock of my life. Plus, this unit was booked for my elderly in-laws from the USA. What a horrible experience for them!
