Location near mall, easy to find food.

Dirty floor with hair, broken bathroom light not maintained properly, bad condition of kitchen shelves, broken bathroom door and makes a sound every time it is opened, sliding door waiting to collapse. For me there are too many shortcomings, the towels are also old. Not worth the RM200 deposit charged. The owner should have checked everything, the price is not cheap either. Not worth it overall for my family. In fact, the funniest thing is that the access card given is broken and tape with salotape only. Only one access card is given.
